- Calculate and analyze production costs, pricing, and profitability to optimize sales performance.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain quality standards.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing prompt and professional resolutions.
- Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the plastic packaging industry or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of international markets and export regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in English is essential for communicating with international clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for cost calculations and data analysis.
- Willingness to travel internationally to meet with clients and attend trade shows.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
