Best Practices

1. Perform duties with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
2. Disclose all necessary information in a complete manner, with due regard for the interests, rights, and equal treatment of shareholders and relevant stakeholders.
3. Provide all relevant groups of persons with the opportunity to access and inquire about information.
4. Maintain the confidentiality of the Company's information and refrain from seeking personal benefit or benefit for related persons by using any information of the Company that has not yet been disclosed to the public.
5. Continuously pursue knowledge and self-development to enhance work performance.
6. Investor relations personnel should refrain from disclosing information relating to the Company's future operating results to external parties for a period of at least fourteen (14) days prior to the next financial reporting period to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
