CARES 360 COMMUNITY CLINIC

This beautifully renovated facility offers convenient access and plenty of free parking. We’re the only area health resource that provides same-day treatment for anyone testing positive for HIV. Studies show that 98% of patients who get into treatment within 24 hours of an HIV diagnosis become virally suppressed in two months or less. This significantly reduces the rate of HIV transmission. Beyond HIV support, we also offer a comprehensive range of LGBTQ-informed healthcare services.

Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9am - 4:30pm
Closed for lunch from 12-1pm

SPRINGFIELD-ROBERTSON CAMPUS

The Springfield, TN campus provides life-saving injection and overdose prevention supplies through our acclaimed Drug Awareness Response Team (DART). Robertson County experiences a higher than average rate for new HIV diagnoses spread through intravenous drug use. There’s also an increased incidence of overdose deaths in neighboring Sumner, Cheatham, Montgomery and Davidson Counties. Davidson County has the second-highest overdose death rate in the entire nation.

The DART program offers compassionate, non-judgmental support for people struggling with substance abuse, including free access to sterile equipment, Fentanyl test strips and Narcan and/or Kloxxado. We also provide critical HIV and Hepatitis C testing and treatment services. This office is fully equipped with an exam room and lab testing area to support comprehensive care.
