{"id":4067,"date":"2021-09-20T14:53:53","date_gmt":"2021-09-20T04:53:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.sunshinesugar.com.au\/?p=4067"},"modified":"2023-08-21T19:52:27","modified_gmt":"2023-08-21T09:52:27","slug":"jam-drops","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/us506.directrouter.com\/~afrvnbdm\/jam-drops\/","title":{"rendered":"Easy Peasy Jam Drops"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>6 tablespoons butter<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon vanilla essence<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00be cups self-raising flour (sifted)<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup jam <em>(raspberry or strawberry are the most popular)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Method<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 180\u00b0C (160\u00b0C fan-forced)<\/li>\n<li>Cover 2 baking sheets with baking paper and set aside<\/li>\n<li>Cream the butter and sugar together until pale<\/li>\n<li>Add egg and vanilla and beat well<\/li>\n<li>Add flour and salt and mix well<\/li>\n<li>Roll teaspoonful-sized balls of batter and place on the baking tray 2 fingers apart.
